  • Pickup

    Given the broad and ongoing impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, please note that until further notice: 1. Our team is available for remote client care on Mon to Sat from 8am to 5pm. 2. Pickups of items must be scheduled by appointment with at least 2 full business days lead time between pickup request and the desired pickup date (Sunday is not included as business day). 3. Our pickup days are only on Mon-Sat, from 10am to 5pm. 4. Our team will only wait 1 hour beyond any scheduled pickup appointment times with client/courier. Beyond that, if our team is not available the client may reschedule the pickup for another time. 5. We are closed on holidays. 6. Wearing of face masks and face shields is required at all times. No face mask and face shield, no entry. 7. Sanitize shoes before entry. 8. Sanitize hands upon entry and as needed during visit. 9. Take digital thermometer reading upon entry. 10. Maintain social distancing 1-2 meters. We may limit number of visitors allowed to enter at same time to follow this. 11. If any visitors show any flu-like symptoms (cough, fever, temperature of 37.5C or higher, etc.) - we require for them to exit premises immediately and reschedule for another time after they have stopped being symptomatic for at least 14 consecutive days. 12. For contact tracing purposes, we will need you to fill out our contact tracing form. Thank you for your understanding and support as we all adjust to the New Normal. Keep safe and God bless!

  • Delivery

    We are happy to facilitate delivery for our client via 3rd party courier. For purchases less than P50,000, cost of delivery is care of client. For purchases of P50,000+, we offer free delivery in Metro Manila except Parañaque, Las Piñas, Malabon, Pateros, Muntinlupa, Valenzuela and Caloocan; though for large deliveries, extra charges to client may apply. Once items leave our store, we are no longer responsible for the items; any damage or loss is to be resolved between client and courier. Please obtain delivery insurance as needed. All sales are final. We endeavor to purvey quality products to our clients. If the delivery is refused or not accepted for any reason not the direct fault of Urban Abode, the client shall be responsible for all delivery return, re-delivery, repair, storage costs. Please ensure that your ordered item(s) will fit all doorways, elevators, stairwells, etc. Any dissassembly/reassembly of items is not recommended and Urban Abode is not responsible for any damage to item aesthetics, stability or function if this asked for by the customer upon delivery. Also, such works and deliveries via stairs higher than a 3rd floor may incur additional fees. Kindly advise us and make all needed preparations in advance of delivery. All items released/delivered are considered accepted by the client or the client's designated recipient party as in good and satisfactory condition. If these conditions are not met or properly coordinate in advance by client with their building admin/management/security and Urban Abode, client may be charged additional fees including but not limited to extra labor fees, return of items to Urban Abode store or warehouse, storage of item, and return delivery of item.   • Store Visit
